I was initially sceptical to select a hardwood return staircase due to the cost, over a softwood one, but boy am I happy now it's all installed! It looks amazing! We added a bit of wood stain to match our existing staircase and painted the spindles and it is now the centrepiece of our home. RGM Joinery made the process very simple for me, even though I imagine it wasn't an easy job. I needed the new staircase into the loft to match an existing main staircase as much as possible, as I wanted it to look like it had always been there, rather than an addition. They came and measured everything, all the fine details from the original staircase, and actually matched every detail possible to the new staircase. I'm super happy I have worked with RGM on this project, I'll certainly be working with them again next time I need something done properly.
