I approached RGM Joinery Sussex Ltd at random whilst looking for a different carpenter I knew had a workshop in the area. Couldn't find them so popped into the RGM workshop to enquire if they could refurb some existing wooden windows and possibly make me up some new ones. I was told by Richard that they didn't specialise in referb but would happily quote me on supplying new double-glazed wooden windows and frames and would look at my refurb needs to see if there was a solution they could suggest or find for me. Richard came to site, measured up, discussed my preferences and options and provided me with CAD drawings of what was discussed within about a week along with a price. He also came up with a solution for my refurb need which was to replace the window sashes with new and keep the old frames which would keep the cost down but upgrade the windows at the same time. 2 months later I had 2 massive bay windows delivered to site which are now installed and have made the property look great. Their focus on detail, quality, and the delivery of outcomes to the agreed timeline and price was a refreshing change in a building industry that is not usually known to deliver on all fronts... Thank you guys, job well done.

Richard fully justified the recommendation, appearing first to measure up and then, after a short time, to install the perfect replica. While he was here, I found a couple of other sections of rotten woodwork which he cut out and replaced. Good reliable craftsmen are hard to find but in Richard you’ll find a jewel.
